Lindsay Lohan's father Michael is convinced his daughter is drinking again - and is blaming her rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson for leading her astray.
The Mean Girls star checked into rehab last year following a spate of drink-driving offences, but has recently been spotted back on the Los Angeles party scene with DJ Ronson.
Lohan's father has now launched a scathing attack on Ronson, accusing her of corrupting his daughter and insisting the actress isn't working because she is always out partying with her pal.
He tells MSNBC.com, "It's (got) to the point now that I'm going to confront Samantha and Jenny Muro (Lindsay's production assistant) myself."
"Samantha drinks and passes the drinks under the table to Lindsay, and behind the scenes it gets worse and worse. Sam is using my daughter."
"My daughter isn't working because she's always with Sam. Even my ex-wife knows it. She just isn't doing anything about it."
A representative for Lohan has dismissed the claims, saying, "This is totally a lie and untrue."

Lindsay Lohan's ex-boyfriend has heaped praise on the actress after meeting up with her in Hollywood, insisting the former wild child is "better than she was".
British model Calum Best had a tempestuous romance with the Mean Girls star just before she entered Promises rehab in Malibu, California for addiction issues last year (07).
The couple split after a summer romance, but Best, who is back in Hollywood shooting a reality TV show, insists he and Lohan remain friends.
He tells Life + Style magazine, "She's a cool girl and she's better than she was, because, at one point, she was in a bad way."
And Best is thrilled by reports his ex has found love with another girl, DJ Samantha Ronson, but jokes, "I hope I didn't turn her!"

So remember how heiress Courtenay Semel made out with reality TV star Tila Tequila in a bar recently, and famous lesbian couple Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson sat there laughing at them the whole time? No?? Your loss. Anyway, the whole thing is sort of funny in retrospect, because it turns out Lohan dated Semel before she famously edged out of the closet recently with public displays of affection for Ronson. And Ronson kind of stole Lohan away, according to a salacious British tabloid report:
At one stage, the friend added, both Courtenay and Samantha were separately visiting Lindsay at a rehab unit called Promises.
The pal went on: “By now Lindsay was sending ‘I love you’ notes to Samantha and signing them ‘Lindsay Ronson’ but telling Courtenay she loved her too."
By October, Courtenay appeared to have the upper hand. She and Lindsay moved into a rented house in Beverly Hills. “But still Lindsay brought men back,” the pal added. “Courtenay would throw fits of rage, writing her hundreds of angry e-mails from another room in the house.
“The sexual attraction between them was electric though and they’d still kiss and make up."
Eventually, Semel moved out and Lohan ended up with with Ronson. In this light, Semel's makeout with Tequila could be seen as kind of a sad attempt to get attention from her long-rumored ex.
The truly sad part of the tabloid report, though, is its assertion that Lohan devolved into drug addiction amid her relationship with Semel because she didn't know how to cope with her lesbianism. Her father Michael, from whom she is estranged, is a devout Christian and skittish about homosexuality, which might have left Lohan without a support network. Against this backdrop, Lohan's recent defacto coming out looks both genuine and necessary for her health.

hey everyone..
i just had to share something that came up today and it made me feel a bit sick to my stomach.
so, here's the visual...
me and my friend Patrick walking into a store, and two paparazzi come up out of nowhere (like usual) and start throwing questions at me...
one of them being, "Hey Lindsay, what do you have to say about people commenting on your sisters implants?"
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my response simply was, "Did you really just ask me that? She is a 14 year old girl, and you are a pedophile!"
i was caught out of nowhere so i didn't really come up with the proper response at the time.. there's many other things that i felt like saying, but why give it to a random guy with a camera so that he can make money!
All i am trying to say is, is that, i was raised with a wonderful family surrounding me, of course we have our ups and downs, but all in all my mother taught us to appreciate what we have been given. Nor would she ever encourage, or allow a 14 year old child to alter her body.
i am not judging people that do, but i am just saying that its not something that my family finds necessary to do, especially when you're not even fully developed yet!
It is hard enough being 14 years old and you have enough insecurities to begin with, then add being in the public eye...
i just find it really disconcerting that people have to focus on the negative and that some people are sooooo bored with their own lives that they need to manifest lies to hurt another person.
in a more positive light...
i got some great clothes from alexander wang and i miss samantha cuz she's out of town :(

hello everyone..
so after traveling to Chicago, Miami, and Brussels... i am finally back in LA
for just 4 days but that seems good enough for now..
i want to thank you all for writing me and being supportive of things that are going on in my life.
in 4 days i am back off to NYC to start shooitng 3 more episodes of Ugly Betty.
the cast of the show is really great and fun to work with and i enjoy shooting in NY.

While writing in her MySpace blog, the 22-year-old actress thanked her fans for being so supportive.
"I want to thank you all for writing me and being supportive of things that are going on in my life," People quoted her, as stating on her blog.
After spending quality time with Samantha Ronson's family and relaxing at home, the Mean Girls star would now be back to shoot for Ugly Betty, reports People.
"In 4 days I am back off to NYC to start shooting 3 more episodes of Ugly Betty," she writes.
"The cast of the show is really great and fun to work with and I enjoy shooting in NY," she added.

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly set to convert to Judaism for her girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
The 22-year-old singer - who is said to have been raised in a Catholic household - is considering altering her religious beliefs to bring her closer to DJ Sam, who she has been dating since late last year.
A source said: "Sam's family is Jewish. Lindsay has learned a lot about Judaism from Sam and admires its beliefs."
However, friends of the Mean Girls actress have doubts about her intention to fully convert to the religion and think she is just doing it for attention.
The source added to Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Two years ago it was Kabbalah. Last year it was Alcoholics Anonymous. She was into 'peace' for a while. Whatever is of the moment, that's Lindsay. But the one thing it does show is her commitment to Sam.
"She could be any religion and Lindsay would be open to it."
Meanwhile, 31-year-old Samantha has spoken for the first time about her relationship with Lindsay.
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar magazine, Samantha said: "Lindsay is great. But she's also 22 years old. I think people forget that. With the internet the way it is, one second we're enemies, one second we're best friends, one second we're lovers, and then we're broken up.
"Even the airport security guy in Canada asked me, 'So is it true?' It's like, 'Oh, yeah, I'm telling you'."
Lindsay refused to comment on the relationship, adding in an email to the publication: "I love the Ronsons. They're close to my heart and I respect all the work they do.

Ali Lohan was seen flaunting "new curves" at a Jonas Brothers concert in New York last week, sparking rumours she had gone under the knife to enhance her cleavage.
However, big sister Lindsay has blasted the reports, insisting the pair's mother Dina would never let Ali have plastic surgery.

"I just wanted to call and say hi and send my love," Lindsay told Edna, a patient at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles. "It's really nice to speak to you and I'm glad that you're doing well and that everything's good."
The little girl giggled in delight throughout the call, and the radio hosts mentioned that she's due for another playdate with Lindsay soon. And the 'Labor Pains' star herself said she was quite moved by the experience of visiting brave children like Edna at the hospital.
"It's an amazing place," she said. "For me, it was very overwhelming just, you know, to see children that are going through so much pain … It was nice to be able to play games with them and do things to make them happy."

Michael Lohan's devout Christian faith will prevent him from walking his actress daughter Lindsay Lohan down the aisle if she chooses to marry Samantha Ronson.
Lohan and DJ Ronson have long refused to confirm rumours they are in a romantic relationship, but reports suggest the couple is now planning to exchange vows in a commitment ceremony.
However, Michael, a born-again Christian, is convinced the Mean Girls star won't invite him to be a part of the event.

Lindsay Lohan responded on Friday to remarks made last week by Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton, calling the public official's comments "inappropriate," The Associated Press reports.
Lohan's retort came less than 24 hours after Bratton told reporters - who had taken him to task for his absence from a meeting held by elected officials to discuss proposed mandates that could curb problem paparazzi - that the paps had become less of a public hazard, in small part because Britney Spears is now "behaving" and Lohan had "gone gay."
Bratton's statement came on the heels of months of tabloid speculation that Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson are dating.
"Police chiefs shouldn't get involved in everyone else's business when it comes to their personal life," Lohan said in a video shot by paparazzi on Friday; the video was posted to TMZ.com, and in the footage, Lohan can be seen making her way through the Los Angeles Airport with Ronson. The two were trying to catch a flight to Chicago, where Ronson performed a DJ set during Lollapalooza. "It's inappropriate," Lohan added.
In the wake of his controversial comments, Bratton held a press conference to clarify his stance. He told reporters that his Lohan aside was innocent, and that his sister is gay and that he's a proponent of gay rights.

Jay Thomas, one of LiLo's costars in the recently wrapped Labor Pains, tells me that the 22-year-old comeback starlet couldn't have been any better to work with.
"I'm just guessing, but someone must have said to her, 'You better get your act together or else,' " says Thomas.
"She was perfect. And she's a really good actress. I'm not just saying that because of the movie, but she really happens to be talented, and it looks like she's OK now."
The paparazzi, on the other hand, were not OK.
"Her manager would go out to the paparazzi," Thomas remembers. "It was like the Balkan Wars. It was the Serbs and the Bosnians, and every now and then, they would meet under the white flag. And the manager would say, 'OK, We're going to tell you when she's going to come out, but only take pictures while she walks across the street, and don't take a picture of her when she's smoking.' "
No surprise, but the overzealous shutterbugs took plenty of shots of Lohan puffin' away.
Thomas laughs that Lohan wasn't the only one getting most of the attention on set. "Lindsay's walking around holding hands with the girlfriend [Samantha Ronson], and a friend of mine comes up to me and says, 'You know, it's gonna be my 50th birthday in a month. Could you see if you could book her girlfriend to deejay at my party?' " Thomas says. "I was like, 'What are you, crazy?' To go up, in the middle of them holding hands, and say, 'What would you charge?' "

The singer - who is keen to follow in her older sibling's footsteps by breaking into the acting industry - was followed by cameras for her reality show 'Living Lohan' as she went to try out for a part in horror movie 'Trolls', but was unaware of the director's porn connections.
