Lindsay Lohan and the 21-year-old Henry Hopper were seen playing hooky at a Beach liquor store in Venice on Tuesday afternoon, January 31, 2012.
The rumored couple drove to the Los Angeles liquor store with another friend. Lindsay and Henry Hopper were later caught buying Grey Goose Vodka and a lot of Red Bull at the store. According to a store employee, the couple shared lovey-dovey kisses while they were in the vehicle and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. This onlooker said: “Today she brings in this young guy and they were all touchy-feely and they kissed on the lips a couple times. Just quick little love-pecks but they were definitely together.”
Lindsay Lohan wore a leather and denim jacket in mix with a pair of floral navy jeans and black high heeled ankle boots.

Lindsay Lohan Dating Dennis Hopper’s Son

Lindsay Lohan, decked out in navy flower pants was seen today walking around with her supposed new boyfriend, Henry Hopper. The first name might not ring a bell but the last name certainly should. He is the son of Easy Rider legend Dennis Hopper.

Dennis Hopper is no longer with us, having lost a battle with prostate cancer last year, but we are sure he would be happy to know his son is in good hands.

Lohan has been on the wagon for a while now and seems to be getting her act together. She recently posed in a Marylin Monroe nude shoot for Playboy Magazine, which some say was their most popular edition ever.

Even though Lindsay is supposedly sober at this point her and Hopper were spotted at an LA liquor store purchasing a bottle of Grey Goose and a whole bunch of Red Bulls. Lohan has been in a lot of trouble with the law due to bad habits she picks up when she isn’t sober such as shoplifting, passing out in weird places and driving while under the influence.

She is currently serving an extended stint on probation for a DUI offense in LA.

Ex Neighbours Brand Star As ‘Attention Seeking’ Nightmare

Lindsay Lohan didn’t exactly get a leaving party from her old neighbourhood when she moved out of her Venice Beach home this week, in fact they were relieved that the party girl had finally moved on with one admitting that Lindsay was a “nightmare”.

The 26 year-old moved to the infamous party lodge the Chateau Marmont following a trespasser at her property and one ex-neighbour revealed it could not have happened soon enough.

A neighbour told Radar Online: “Everyone is ecstatic that she moved”

“Since she moved here it’s been a complete circus with a revolving door of friends in and out of her house and paparazzi camped out permanently. Everyone was so sick of her and her constant attention seeking and mess ups.”

One even went so far as to hope that the 25 year-old, who has had numerous run-ins with the law was put back behind bars.

They revealed: “Seriously, every time we heard a siren we hoped and prayed it was the police carting her off again and we would be left in peace.”

The ‘Mean Girls’ star has already made herself comfortable at her new home and is enjoying the party atmosphere at the Hollywood haunt.

According to RadarOnline, the supposedly clean actress appeared under the influence while partying with friends though she only sipped water all night.

A source said: “Lindsay was spotted going to the restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions in a short amount of time.”

“Lindsay was giggling and her nose appeared red. She appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence.”

Lohan leaving Cali. home

Lindsay Lohan has moved out of her home in Venice, California just weeks after a man was arrested for trespassing at the property, according to a U.S. report.

Lonnie Short was detained by cops on New Year’s Day after he turned up on the star’s doorstep and refused to leave.

He was subsequently convicted of trespassing and ordered to stay away from the actress for two years.

A new report now suggests Lohan has decided to leave the house for good after a removals van was spotted at the house on Tuesday.

The truck took Lohan’s possessions to a storage facility, while the actress has moved into Los Angeles’ Chateau Marmont Hotel, according to TMZ.com.

Lindsay ‘taking legal action over alcohol reports’

Lindsay Lohan has allegedly threatened to sue over accusations that she indulged in alcohol at a party this weekend.

The Mean Girls actress is considering legal action against media outlets publishing reports that she broke her sobriety vow at an afterparty for the Screen Actors Guild Awards, TMZ claims.

Lohan claims that she only drank water at the event and is “exploring her legal options” due to the damage she believes such stories could have on her career.

The 25-year-old has also denied allegations that she was seen drinking alcohol when kissing the son of the late Dennis Hopper.

Lohan has denied that the pair are romantically involved and insisted that they only purchased soft drinks, snacks and cigarettes at the gas station where they were reportedly seen together.

The actress is believed to have moved out of her California home after a run-in with a trespasser on New Year’s Day.

Lohan being sued by pedestrian

Lindsay Lohan’s bad luck with cars continues after a woman who claims she was struck by the actress’ sports car has issued a lawsuit over her injuries.

Nubia Del Carmen Preza claims she was struck by Lohan’s Maserati while walking through a West Hollywood intersection in September 2010.

Roughly 17 months ago, for the record.

Preza’s lawsuit states she has suffered “disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish” and that she is seeking damages for all her medical expenses and lost time at work. A call to her lawyer, Gregory Picco, seeking additional details was not immediately returned.

It is the second lawsuit filed against Lohan this month involving an car mishap.

A paparazzo sued Lohan, claiming that he was struck in January 2010 by a vehicle in which Lohan was riding. Grigor Balyan claims he was trying to shoot pictures of the actress in Hollywood when he was hit.

Preza’s lawsuit states Lohan was driving when she was allegedly hit on the afternoon of September 1 2010, at an intersection just south of the Sunset Strip. At the time, Lohan lived near the intersection.

Radar Online reports that Preza was actually a nanny who was walking with a baby in a stroller.

At the time of the incident, a witness said “There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a 2-or 3-year-old, crossing the street,” adding, “Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn’t super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going.”

Another witness said he had actually pulled up next to Lohan and said to her ‘Whoa, what the f**k are you doing?” to which she said, “Well, I saw them, but they didn’t move out of the way.”

Lohan’s spokesman Steve Honig said neither Lohan nor her lawyers had been served with the lawsuit and could not comment on it. He added, “People like to do this — give lawsuits to the media before they serve it to Lindsay.”

The model and actress remains on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case filed after she was arrested twice that year on suspicion of driving while impaired.

One of the incidents sparked two civil lawsuits after Lohan chased a vehicle she thought was carrying her former assistant on Pacific Coast Highway. One of the cases has settled. The other, filed by three men who were in the SUV Lohan was driving, may go to trial in March.
