Lindsay Lohan dating ‘Neighbours’ star Brett Tucker?

Lindsay Lohan is rumoured to be dating former Neighbours actor Brett Tucker.

The 25-year-old Mean Girls star, who has previously been linked to Samantha Ronson and Spencer Falls, was apparently seen leaving Paris Hilton’s beach party with 39-year-old Tucker earlier this week.

The couple left arm-in-arm and Lohan laughed as paparazzi photographers took pictures of her, according to The Daily Telegraph.

Earlier in the evening, she attended a birthday party at the Palihouse hotel. One onlooker alleged that she was “barely able to walk” when she left.

“Everyone at the table was drinking lemon drop shots and there were two bottles of Ketel One vodka on the table,” they said. “She ordered two Martinis from the waitress, but she said they were for a friend. So the waitress brought them out and handed them to her.

“One of the other girls shot the waitress a look and shook her head as if to say, ‘Don’t give that to her’. But Lindsay took them any way and took a big gulp out of one of them. About 10 minutes later she did a shot of vodka.”

However, Lohan has strongly denied the allegations that she was drinking at the event, telling TMZ: “Reports of me being intoxicated and not even able to stand are nothing but absurd.”

She added on her Twitter account: “Love how going to a friends birthday turns into a slew of lies! grrr – oh well… (sic)”

Tucker left his role as Dan Fitzgerald in Neighbours in 2009 but briefly returned in a guest capacity last year. Since moving to LA, he has had roles in TV shows CSI: NY, Off The Map and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

Judge: Lohan needs to speed up community service

A judge warned Lindsay Lohan Thursday that she must spend more time doing community service and enroll in psychological counseling or risk running into problems with her probation.

In a separate development, Lohan was sued for assault and battery in Riverside County by a former worker at the Betty Ford Center who had a dispute with the actress in December.

In Los Angeles, Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner reminded the actress during a status hearing in her criminal cases that she had to complete 480 hours of community service by next April, and that she would not grant any extensions, even if Lohan is working on a film.

“She’s not going to get five minutes more than one year” to complete the service at a shelter for women and the county morgue, Sautner said.

The judge opened the hearing by telling Lohan that probation officials had submitted a report stating she had violated the terms of her release.

“Don’t look shocked Ms. Lohan because it isn’t true,” Sautner said, explaining the probation officer was relying on incorrect information.

The judge did chide the actress for not providing officials with a phone number where she could be reached for monitoring.

It was Lohan’s first appearance in court since completing 35 days of house arrest. Her attorney, Shawn Holley, noted the actress was prohibited from doing community service during that time.

Lohan, 25, has completed one of four anti-shoplifting classes. Sautner said she must complete the rest before returning to court on Oct. 19.

Holley said her client is having trouble enrolling in court-ordered psychological counseling. Sautner agreed that the actress should not have to enroll in group treatment, but said Lohan must find someone to counsel her within three weeks.

Lohan cannot afford to pay a psychiatrist who was previously treating her but would find a new program shortly, Holley said.

The actress remains on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case and a misdemeanor grand theft case in which she pleaded no contest in May to taking a $2,500 necklace without permission.

In the newly filed lawsuit, court records show Dawn Holland, who is now using her maiden name Bradley, sued Lohan claiming assault and battery. A full copy of the suit was not immediately available.

Bradley’s attorney, Owen McIntosh, said his client requires surgery on her wrist for an injury sustained in the incident.

“This is a very real injury,” he told The Associated Press.

Steve Honig, a spokesman for Lohan, declined comment on the case.

Police did not charge Lohan in the incident, and Bradley was fired from Betty Ford Center for discussing it on camera with celebrity website TMZ.

Bradley had been attempting to administer a breathalyzer test on the actress, who had missed curfew and was with two other girls who admitted drinking that night, according to a probation report.

Lindsay Lohan is pissed off that someone is spreading what she says are lies — that she was falling-down drunk Saturday night as she left a Hollywood hotel.

Lindsay tells TMZ … “Reports of me being intoxicated and not even able to stand are nothing but absurd.”

Lindsay says she wasn’t even drinking during her friend’s birthday party at the Palihouse hotel.

One of Lindsay’s friends says, “Lindsay walked out of the party fine and she never once couldn’t stand up by herself. It’s strange how someone can come up with such detailed lies.”

Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton friends again

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly patched up her differences with Paris Hilton after she was photographed attending a small beach party hosted by the hotel heiress.

The Mean Girls star was spotted at the intimate gathering outside Hilton’s Malibu, California home on Sunday, joining guests such as actress Emma Roberts, Inception star Lukas Haas and the socialite’s designer sister, Nicky.

And the one-time party pals were all smiles when Lohan arrived at the event.

A source tells TMZ.com, “Everyone was so surprised when Lindsay walked in and we thought they didn’t get along. But they immediately gave each other a big hug.”

A source said: “Paris is very excited. She loved seeing her again.”

The stars’ friendship has wavered in recent years following Lohan’s string of legal troubles, and Hilton recently apologised to the actress after making a jibe about her recent court case over the alleged theft of a necklace during an episode of her reality TV show, The World According To Paris.
