Lohan photographers angry over ‘set up’ allegations

Markus Klinko and Indrani were left waiting for the Mean Girls star when she was “majorly late” for a session, which was being filmed for the couple’s U.S. reality TV show Double Exposure – but Lohan insists the drama was enhanced for TV.

The actress took to Twitter.com to tell fans she was “set up”. She wrote,

“(It) sucks when ‘friends’ use you (in this case for ratings) even if they’re lying… I was given the wrong call time – now I know on purpose… it was a set-up. I don’t appreciate being used for press, and I’m sure others would agree! Photo shoot for Indrani and Markus… So that’s bulls**t too…. Thank goodness for Twitter! The truth can be stated!”

But the photo duo insists it’s Lohan who is lying.

Klinko tells Eonline.com,

“We just don’t understand why she said that.”

Indrani adds,

“I was really upset by her take on things. It was very upsetting to feel, like, she’s saying that we lied, which we absolutely did not at all. Quite the contrary. We hung in there for her and I feel like it would be nice if she appreciated that a little bit because we’ve been there for her completely.”

Cop thought Lindsay Lohan’s cocaine was mint

Lindsay Lohan may have escaped a lengthy jail time because a police officer mistook cocaine for a breath mint, according to a leaked police report.

The Santa Monica Police report from Lohan’s drink driving arrest in 2007 shows how the officer searching her thought he found a mint.

He then threw it in the trash contaminating the evidence, according to the report leaked to online news site TMZ.

“Now we know why Lindsay Lohan’s 2007 DUI case may have plea bargained so quickly,” the website stated.

The report states that the officer “discovered a folded Clinique sun care card with an unknown substance caked on to the surface of the card in Lohan’s right rear pocket.”

The officer then states in the report:

“Some of the white substance fell to the floor. I used my foot to see what had fell but thought nothing of it. I did not recognise the substance attached to the card and initially thought the substance was a wet crushed breath mint.
“I put the card into the jail trash can next to the booking windows.”

The officer then admits:

“I was looking at the floor and began to recognise the substance as resembling powder cocaine.
“I then recovered the card from the trash.”

The cop says the coke was in the trash for about two minutes before he put the card in an evidence envelope, then scooped up the coke that had fallen to the floor and placed it in a separate evidence envelope.

Through her lawyer, Lohan later pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance (cocaine), and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08 percent and one count of reckless driving.

TMZ added:

“Lindsay ended up with a sweet deal and spent 84 minutes in jail for a drunken, cocaine-fuelled chase on Pacific Coast Highway.
“Nice deal if you can get it!”

Lohan family working on new reality show

Lindsay Lohan’s family is heading back to TV – the actress’ mother and her siblings have landed a deal to star in a new reality show.

Lohan’s mother Dina previously appeared in Living Lohan, which focused on 16-year-old Ali’s attempts to break into showbusiness. The show ran for one season in 2008, amid scathing reviews from TV critics. But the famous family is giving reality TV another go with plans for a brand new show, which Dina claims will also feature the Mean Girls star in several episodes.

Dina tells New York Post gossip column Page Six,

“We have already started filming. The cameras follow us in our daily lives and as we promote our businesses. I want to prove that we are a good, hardworking family and we don’t have the crazy lives that some people claim we do. The show will feature my kids, and Lindsay will also appear in some episodes, although she’s very busy filming and promoting her fashion lines. We’re discussing a deal with a major network.”

But dad Michael isn’t welcome, Dina said.

Lindsay Lohan’s spray tan could set off SCRAM

Lindsay Lohan is flirting with danger by spray tanning, after being warned it could trigger a positive alcohol reading with the SCRAM people.

Multiple sources say people have told Lindsay she can’t get a spray tan while she’s wearing the bracelet, because a chemical in the tanning solution can create a reading which would show the presence of alcohol.

Lindsay’s response to that warning — we’re told she’s still getting a spray tan 1 to 2 times a week.

And it gets worse. We’re told the famous probationer is “climbing the walls” … and is “filled with anxiety” because of the mandatory accessory.

Sources tell TMZ Lindsay was OK with it the first week, but the bracelet started digging into her skin, irritating it. As one person put it, “She’s made life hell for the people around her, since she is in pretty bad pain.”

And Lindsay’s 24th birthday is July 2, and she doesn’t like the accessory.

Lindsay wants the bracelet off, we’re told, even before her July 6 hearing. Ain’t no way Judge Marsha Revel would even hear of it.
